Roasted chicken legs, fried rice with celery, red pepper, onion and mushrooms... I almost always use my Panasonic infrared toaster oven for roasting chicken legs. It takes about 15-20 min. each side, and does not heat up the whole house (well, unless it's cold cold winter night, then that's not a bad side effect.) But I assume (and it should be) that the smaller oven is greener though. And that's enough to make me feel I am doing it right ;D
