Sit in the tubs

Long weekend, we went to visit a 'famous' place selling tubs : tubz, located at Fremont. It took us a while to find it :(

I was looking for something compact, preferably free standing, deep soaking, good looking, for under $1000. No, I am not a fan for jacuzzi, so that's optional. And I don't think any would be available within my budget anyways.

There were indeed lots of choices; however, I found it hard to find the one I wanted. They really don't have much free standing deep soaking ones. Except a handsome bigger one and cost a fortune :(

Probably the 'deep soaking' idea was not popular enough yet, even though I did see the new trend coming. In Japan, they call it 'Ofuro'. Something like this would be awesome, except I'd like a smaller one to just sit in. No, this image was from website, the store did not carry it...



This one below was probably most close to what I'd like to have, except it was not free standing, and the 'sitting' area puts me higher and I would not be able to soak deep enough then :( The design was weird to me, with the overflow, it became soaking below your rib cage? I wanted something to soak in from shoulders down!
